DCG Pricing Consultants has performed many competitor analyses by using publicly available information, along with industry averages. We perform these analyses, usually in conjunction with either a Price to Win (PTW) and/or Basis of Estimate for a particular proposal. In a few cases, we have simply provided a competitor analysis of a particular company so our client could use that data to determine an overall strategy for a specific proposal.
